Dinner Tonight

So, tonight my darling son made dinner, just because he wanted to. He really enjoys cooking, and every once in awhile I let him (it's usually a very expensive experiment b/c he picks dishes that have a lot of ingredients we don't normally have on hand). Tonight was one of those nights. He choose Mediterranean Chicken with Couscous from Rachel Ray's 365 Meals. It was wonderful. Amazing even. Here are some pictures:
