Today's Thanks

Just because Thanksgiving is over doesn't mean I need to stop being Thankful. I'm going to try to keep this up until the end of the year.

Today, so many things. But to pick just one, I'm thankful that I have a job that understands when I need to take a day (or afternoon) off to be home with my sick kiddos. I'm thankful that by taking that one day, I don't have to worry about my paycheck, or that I won't have a job to go back to. I'm thankful that I know my boss won't call me in her office when I get back to review my attendance record. I'm thankful for a job that lets me be a mom, first.
