One project done!!

And the stockings were hung by the chimney with care…

(finally, after 12 years in the works)

A little history about my stockings. I made three when Jessy was very little (her first or maybe second Christmas.) Then, about two years later, I added Andrew's, but with no name. About 5 years ago, I decided Rachel really needed one, so I did hers, but again with no name. Somehow, I've managed to lose one of the stockings, so this year, I changed Tim's stocking into Andrew's complete with name, and finished Rachel's (also with her name). This year, I also added ribbon so we could hang them, rather than just set them by the tree. You'd think it would only take a few minutes, but when you have to restart about 10 times, it takes a little longer!!


And, for those of you who care, my new craft desk. I'm sooooo excited about having an area (besides the table in the dining room) that I can work on projects. Let's see how long it takes me to fill it up with A) Projects in the works (which would be wonderful, and totally acceptable), or B) Junk that I don't want to put anywhere else (NOT acceptable, but might happen anyway!)
