Let me see....
Saturday, the kids went with their dad for most of the day. (10-10...a whole 12 hours!) I did a little laundry, took a shower, and went to a friends' Boy Scout Eagle Ceremony. With Jessy. So much for a day alone! Hehe. Then, I went and got a hair cut, came home and took a nap, and did some more around the house. Not a very exciting day, or much to take a picture of!
Sunday, was another ho-hum day. Went to church, got Andrew registered for his Confirmation class. It should be a great thing for him. We even get to take a day and go to a Jewish temple and a Buddist temple in St. Louis, as a family. Here is the picture I'm submitted for his confirmation. Pretty spiffy kid, if I do say so myself! ;)
Monday, we went to school. We got dismissed early b/c of the pending snow storm. It had started to ice outside, and they were worried about getting everyone home. The ice did not amount to much, but it was great to be home! However, the kids did not feel the same, and Andrew and Rachel were punished for fighting nonstop. Their punishment was to put together a puzzle in complete silence. This was quite the challenge for them, but they survived. Imagine my surprise when I woke up this morning to this:
I am trying to decide what color to paint my living room. My interior design friend sent me paint samples to put up and help me decide. The kids have decided the last color to not fall off the wall is the color we paint. They hate the green. Guess which side has only one sample left??
And the last picture is taken from my car window (Jessy was driving), as we went to the store for new puzzles (and a new DVD player since both of ours quit today!!) yep, it's snowapalozza out there, all right! ;)
