I kinda am scared to blog right now. I think I may be being stalked, and I really am not comfortable with that. I don't think it's a scary, I'm going to hurt you stalk, just an obsession, I need to know what you are doing at all times type of stalking. And honestly, I don't think I say anything on here that would come back to haunt me, but just know I'm going to be very careful about what I say.
So, Andrew got his new football gear today. It really hit me when he was trying stuff on...my baby is growing up so fast!!! He is already starting to remind me of a teenager in some ways. And with his football uniform on....WOW. What a little stud! :) I think the next few years are going to be fun.
We are all ready for school to start. Rachel can't wait to meet her teacher...and I know she's going to have a fantastic year. Jessy is more than ready to go see her friends. I'm not sure she's quite as excited about her classes, but that's middle school for you! She received something in the mail today about Student Ambassadors trip overseas. I know it would be a fantastic experience for her, but as a mom, I'm not sure I'm ready! We'll go to the information meeting in September and see what it's all about. :) Oh, and she's all about making money right now. So, if anyone needs a babysitter....
A few weeks ago, my mom gave me a picture that hung in their house and my grandma made for me when I was 1. I hung it in my hallway, and love looking at it daily. However, my beautiful girls whose rooms are in the hallway have used it as new way to annoy me. Every time I walk down the hallway, the picture is decidedly crooked. Not just a little crooked, but almost diagnally crooked. GRRRR....LOL. When I catch them, they owe me a quarter. Man are those girls sneaky!! Fun times at our house.
Other things in my life are pretty much good. I got my hair cut Wednesday, and love the new shorter look. I had it styled like this when Jessy was little (so almost 13 years ago), and loved it then. I have had the worst time finding anyone to duplicate the cut, until this week. Without trying, my new cut is very close to the cut I LOVED in 1995. Plus I went blonder (although you can't tell in this picture!). Love it!

Till next time!
The picture thing is hilarious! :) Go figure...kids do the darndest things! :)
ReplyDeleteI ditto Nicole, that is too stinking funny about the picture!! I can just see them too, giggle giggle and they go turn the picture!!! Too funny!!!!
ReplyDeleteI are much better at biting your tongue than me. I would have to say something to that certain individual. Anyway, your children are beautiful, your beautiful, and I feel blessed to be a part of your life. See you soon neighbor.
ReplyDeleteLove the new do Missy!
ReplyDeleteAndrew does look handsome in his uniform - the girls are going to be calling soon!!!
Sorry to hear about the stalking though - that must be scary..
