Life is good

Today was a good day. I'm not sure why, exactly, but yeah!! :) Actually, the whole weekend was nice.

On Saturday, the kids and I went to Quincy. They have been begging to go to Bonkers, a big kid's Chuck E Cheese, so we did it. We also shopped for shoes for Andrew, dress clothes for our church picture on Thursday, and anything Jessy and I could agree on. Normally, this would be quite the chore, and honestly, not much fun, but Saturday was different. Jessy got to bring a friend, and once Andrew got his new shoes, he was a happy camper. I was able to hold Bonkers over Rachel's head just long enough to keep her fairly happy, so we ended up having a very successful trip.

AND, I bought myself something. A new Dyson. If you haven't heard about Dyson vacuum cleaners, you've been living in a.....vacuum. HA! I bought it with the slogan, "Divorce sucks" Get it? Ha!

So, Sunday, we spent the day doing next to nothing. I did vacuum a few times. But that's about it. It was nice to hang out with my kids.

Today, I don't know...just a good day. The kids at school were good, my own kids have been good, I've vacuumed and cleaned a little, and it's just a good day. AND....4 days till Spring Break! Doesn't get much better than that.
